  • We allow reschedules with 24-hour notice. An unscheduled 'No-Show' reduces your vault balance by $100. Two 'No-Shows' forfeits the rebate. We pay for your success, not your absence.

  • Yes, but more is better. We create and track programs for training up to 6 times per week. Many clients train with us more than once weekly, this can be discussed during your consultation.
