Coach Joel
Joel specialises in the scientific underpinnings of hypertrophy - that is to say, he likes getting big and helping others to do it too!
Regardless of this, Joel also has experience in coaching special populations, training children with disabilities, older adults and people across a variety of care and rehabilitation contexts - where he often got called by the nickname ‘Professor’ due to not only his bespectacled gaze but his interest in explaining the underlying concepts of training to his clients, in order to get them the best results possible.

Qualifications
B.Sc Exercise, Sports and Rehabilitation Science, Curtin University
10,000 hours (and beyond) of self-education with lectures, and a countless library of textbooks (mainly because he can’t count)
First Aid, CPR, WHO Hygiene and owner of over 10 animals
