John’s sporting and powerlifting experience has allowed him to situate as a coach that focuses on overcoming movement limitations to exercise, whether his clients are competitive athletes themselves or are just interested in staying healthy and moving well, he’s trained teenagers and octogenerians, MMA fighters and mothers of three, and hoped that you may be the next person he helps to meet their health and fitness goals!
